Low solar flare activity. Light to moderate solar wind. Geomagnetic
conditions at quiet levels. High-frequency radio communications
normal. Mild Polar Cap Absorption (PCA) resulting in fades at lower
frequencies in the polar regions. A weak CME and elevated solar wind
speeds is expected in 3 days.
