[ips-sf] IPS Summary Forecast for 17 August - issued 2349UT/16-Aug-2012

Low solar flare activity is expected. Minor coronal mass ejection
(CME) effects were observed on 16-Aug and are likely for 17-18 Aug due
to CMEs observed respectively on 13 and 14-Aug. Expect moderate solar
wind levels to be maintained. Geomagnetic conditions are likely to be
at unsettled to active levels. High-frequency radio communications
should be mostly normal with isolated degraded conditions at high
latitudes.
