Low solar flare activity is expected. Minor coronal mass ejection
(CME) effects on 17-18 Aug are possible due a CME observed on 14-Aug.
The solar wind speed remains at moderate levels. Expect quiet
geomagnetic conditions. High-frequency radio communication conditions
should be normal.
