Low solar flare activity is expected, with a chance of moderate
activity. Minor coronal hole effects are in progress, raising the
solar wind to moderate levels. Geomagnetic conditions are expected to
continue at unsettled to active levels due to coronal hole effects.
High-frequency radio communications are expected to normal at mid to
high latitudes with some degraded conditions at low latitudes. Another
minor CME impact is expected on 26-Apr.
