ISSUED AT 0527UT/21 NOVEMBER 2023
BY THE AUSTRALIAN SPACE WEATHER FORECASTING CENTRE.

Southern Australian region maximum usable frequencies (MUFs) 
were initially depressed 20% after local dawn this morning and 
are currently 15% depressed. The frequency depressions were not 
expected to persist after local dawn. The cause of the depressed 
conditions is unclear.
