SUBJ: SWS HF RADIO COMMUNICATIONS WARNING 20/08
ISSUED AT 0040UT/05 NOVEMBER 2020
BY THE AUSTRALIAN SPACE FORECAST CENTRE.

There is the potential for low level M flares over the next three 
days. If short-wave fadeouts occur, there is the likelihood of 
HF comms blackouts due to lower frequencies in use at this time 
of the solar cycle.
