ISSUED AT 0011UT/14 OCTOBER 2017
BY THE AUSTRALIAN SPACE FORECAST CENTRE.

The Earth is currently under the influence of elevated solar 
winds associated with a recurrent coronal hole. Depressed MUFs 
are expected to occur, especially in mid to high latitudes, due 
to the increased geomagnetic activity caused by the coronal hole.
