Increased geomagnetic activity expected due to recurrent coronal 
hole effects.

DEGRADED HF PROPAGATION CONDITIONS EXPECTED
FROM 11-13 NOVEMBER 2016
IF COMMS DIFFICULTIES EXPERIENCED TRY A LOWER FREQUENCY BAND
A MORE DETAILED HF WARNING WILL FOLLOW IF DEPRESSIONS EVENTUATE.
