SUBJ: SWS HF RADIO COMMUNICATIONS WARNING 16/16
ISSUED AT 2339UT/07 APRIL 2016
BY THE AUSTRALIAN SPACE FORECAST CENTRE.
HF conditions are expected to be heavily depressed today, 8 Apr,
due to a G1 level geomagnetic storm in progress. These depression
are likely to be confined to the mid and high latitude regions.
Low and equatorial region (within +/- 20) are not expected to
be affected by this storm. HF conditions are expected to recover
to mildly depressed to nearly monthly predicted values by UT
day 10 April. HF users are advised to use lower than the monthly
predicted frequencies on 08-09 April.
