SUBJ: IPS HF RADIO COMMUNICATIONS WARNING 15/63
ISSUED AT 0346UT/13 OCTOBER 2015
BY THE AUSTRALIAN SPACE FORECAST CENTRE.

Due to continued very low levels of ionising radiation and expected 
rise in geomagnetic activity levels, degradations in HF conditions 
and depressions in MUFs are expected from 13 to 15 October.
