SUBJ: IPS HF RADIO COMMUNICATIONS WARNING 15/04
ISSUED AT 0048UT/18 FEBRUARY 2015
BY THE AUSTRALIAN SPACE FORECAST CENTRE.

HF conditions are expected to be slightly degraded during the 
early part of UT day of 18 Feb particularly for southern regions 
in response to mildly elevated geomagnetic activity.
