ISSUED AT 2209UT/17 OCTOBER 2013
BY THE AUSTRALIAN SPACE FORECAST CENTRE.

AR1861 has emitted several M1 flares in it's transit across the 
disc and still has potential for more low level M flares causing 
weak short wave fadeouts, but it will rotate off the disc on 
the 19th.
