DEGRADED HF PROPAGATION CONDITIONS EXPECTED
FOR 15 DECEMBER 2013 FOR SOUTHERN AUS/NZ AND ANARCTIC REGIONS.
IF COMMS DIFFICULTIES EXPERIENCED TRY A LOWER FREQUENCY BAND
A MORE DETAILED HF WARNING WILL FOLLOW IF DEPRESSIONS EVENTUATE.
