SUBJ: IPS PRELIMINARY HF RADIO COMMUNICATIONS WARNING 13/07
ISSUED AT 0002UT/12 APRIL 2013
BY THE AUSTRALIAN SPACE FORECAST CENTRE.

Mild to significant MUF depressions and degradations in HF conditions,
especially at mid and high latitudes, may be expected from late hours on 
13 April and through most parts of 14 April due to expected enhancements 
in geomagnetic activity levels up to major storm levels during 
this period.

DEGRADED HF PROPAGATION CONDITIONS EXPECTED
FROM 13-14 APRIL 2013
IF COMMS DIFFICULTIES EXPERIENCED TRY A LOWER FREQUENCY BAND
A MORE DETAILED HF WARNING WILL FOLLOW IF DEPRESSIONS EVENTUATE.
