SUBJ: IPS HF RADIO COMMUNICATIONS WARNING 12/31
ISSUED AT 0006UT/29 SEPTEMBER 2012
BY THE AUSTRALIAN SPACE FORECAST CENTRE.

Minor to significant degradations in HF conditions may be observed 
during second half of 30 September and on 01 October due to an 
expected rise in geomagnetic conditions during this period.
