SUBJ: IPS HF RADIO COMMUNICATIONS WARNING 12/42
ISSUED AT 2335UT/07 NOVEMBER 2012
BY THE AUSTRALIAN SPACE FORECAST CENTRE.

Variable conditions have been observed across the Australian 
region so far today, with depressions of 15-20% occurring at 
times particularly for the northern and most southerly regions. 
Mild depressions are expected at times for the remainder of the 
local day and into tomorrow.
