SUBJ: IPS HF RADIO COMMUNICATIONS WARNING 12/40
ISSUED AT 0051UT/05 NOVEMBER 2012
BY THE AUSTRALIAN SPACE FORECAST CENTRE.

Variable conditions have been observed across the Australian 
region so far today, with depressions of 15-30% occurring at 
times particularly for the northern regions. Mild depressions 
are expected at times for the remainder of the local day.
