ISSUED AT 0028UT/03 NOVEMBER 2012
BY THE AUSTRALIAN SPACE FORECAST CENTRE.

Depressions of 15-30% have been observed at times so far today, 
primarily for northern Australian regions. Further depressions 
are expected at times for the remainder of the local day.
