DUE TO POSSIBLE GLANCING BLOWS FROM CORONAL MASS EJECTIONS
OBSERVED 08-09AUG, DEGRADED HF PROPAGATION CONDITIONS ARE 
POSSIBLE FROM 10-11 AUGUST 2011

IF COMMS DIFFICULTIES EXPERIENCED TRY A LOWER FREQUENCY BAND
A MORE DETAILED HF WARNING WILL FOLLOW IF DEPRESSIONS EVENTUATE.
