DEGRADED HF PROPAGATION CONDITIONS EXPECTED
FROM 25-27 NOVEMBER 2010
IF COMMS DIFFICULTIES EXPERIENCED TRY A LOWER FREQUENCY BAND

These degradations in MUFs may be due to continued very low solar activity
resulting in weak ionisation of the ionosphere.
