DEGRADED HF PROPAGATION CONDITIONS EXPECTED 
for norther Australian/Equatorial regions for 17 October 2007.

Depressions of up to 30% have been observed at times for
northern Australian/Equatorial regions during the past 24 hours.
Depressions of up to 30% are expected again at times for northern
Australian/Equatorial regions for 17 October.
Mostly normal conditions are expected for remaining regions.
