DEGRADED HF PROPAGATION CONDITIONS EXPECTED FOR 05 NOVEMBER 2006

Ionospheric conditions have been variable over the past 24 hours
with depressions of 10-20% observed at times. Variable conditions
are again expected for 5 November with depressions of 10-20%
likely at times.
