SUBJ: IPS HF RADIO COMMUNICATIONS WARNING 04/14
ISSUED AT 18/0140Z FEBRUARY 2004
BY THE AUSTRALIAN SPACE FORECAST CENTRE.
Unexpected depressions in MUFs are being observed across
almost all Australian/NZ regions. The cause of these
depressions is unknown. MUFs may recover as the day
progresses.
