DEGRADED HF PROPAGATION CONDITIONS EXPECTED FOR 31 AUGUST
2004 DUE TO HIGH GEOMAGNETIC ACTIVITY.

HF conditions have been degraded up to 30% at times for
most Aust/NZ regions. Further depressions are expected
throughout the UT day.
