OVERNIGHT GEOMAGNETIC ACTIVITY STRONGER THAN
EXPECTED DUE TO UNEXPECTED SHOCK IN SOLAR WIND.
DEGRADED HF PROPAGATION CONDITIONS NOW EXPECTED
FOR 10 MAY 2003 SOUTHERN AUS/NZ REGION ONLY.
CONDITIONS ARE EXPECTED TO IMPROVE AS DAY PROGRESSES.
NORTHERN AUS REGION MUFS APPEAR MOSTLY UNAFFECTED
