DEGRADED HF PROPAGATION CONDITIONS EXPECTED
FROM 27-29 JUNE 2003 DUE TO INDUCED ACTIVITY FROM
CORONAL HOLE HIGH SPEED WIND STEAM.

IF COMMS DIFFICULTIES EXPERIENCED TRY A LOWER FREQUENCY BAND.
A MORE DETAILED HF WARNING WILL FOLLOW IF DEPRESSIONS EVENTUATE.
