SOLAR QUADRANT HAS SHOWN SIGNIFICANT GROWTH 
IN PAST 12 HOURS. FLARE ACTIVITY IS NOW EXPECTED
OVER COMING DAYS.

HF COMMS FADEOUTS EXPECTED DURING DAYLIGHT HOURS
FROM 14-16 AUGUST 2003.
