BY THE AUSTRALIAN SPACE FORECAST CENTRE.

DEGRADED HF PROPAGATION CONDITIONS EXPECTED
FROM 07-09 AUGUST 2003 AT MID TO HIGH LATITUDES ONLY,
PARTICULARLY DURING LOCAL NIGHT HOURS, AND AFTER LOCAL DAWN
DURING THIS INTERVAL.

IF COMMS DIFFICULTIES EXPERIENCED TRY A LOWER FREQUENCY BAND
A MORE DETAILED HF WARNING WILL FOLLOW IF DEPRESSIONS EVENTUATE.
