SUBJ: SWS GEOMAGNETIC DISTURBANCE WARNING 17/24
ISSUED AT 0249UT/15 MAY 2017
BY THE AUSTRALIAN SPACE FORECAST CENTRE.

The solar wind is expected to be influenced by a High Speed Solar 
Wind Stream (HSSWS) over the next 3 days. The source of this 
HSSWS is a recurrent coronal hole, centered over the equator 
and extending to both N35 and S35 degrees latitude on the sun. 
On its previous rotation it produced Minor Storm conditions.

INCREASED GEOMAGNETIC ACTIVITY EXPECTED 
DUE TO CORONAL HOLE HIGH SPEED WIND STREAM
