SUBJ: IPS GEOMAGNETIC DISTURBANCE WARNING 15/11
ISSUED AT 2353UT/16 APRIL 2015
BY THE AUSTRALIAN SPACE FORECAST CENTRE.

The influence of coronal hole solar wind stream has been more 
significant and sustained than anticipated, resulting in active 
levels over the Australian region with some isolated minor storm 
periods during the past two days. Storm levels have been observed 
at high latitudes. Further active to minor storm periods may 
be possible during 17 April, although the effects of the coronal 
hole are expected to slowly subside.
