SUBJ: IPS GEOMAGNETIC DISTURBANCE WARNING 13/04
ISSUED AT 0230UT/26 MARCH 2013
BY THE AUSTRALIAN SPACE FORECAST CENTRE.

A low latitude coronal hole is approaching the central meridian 
of the solar disk and the associated fast speed stream is expected 
to impact the Earth on 28 March. The solar wind speed and geomagnetic 
activity were enhanced at the same time during the previous solar 
rotation cycle. Unsettled to Active levels are expected on 28 
March with isolated cases of Minor Storm levels at high latitudes.
