SUBJ: IPS GEOMAGNETIC DISTURBANCE WARNING 04/20
ISSUED AT 17/0016Z JULY 2004
BY THE AUSTRALIAN SPACE FORECAST CENTRE.

The geomagnetic activity is expected to rise on 
17 July due to the arrival of a weak shock in the 
late hours on 16 July and due to Bz remaining
southwards for extended periods.

INCREASED GEOMAGNETIC ACTIVITY EXPECTED
DUE TO CORONAL MASS EJECTION
