SUBJ: IPS GEOMAGNETIC DISTURBANCE WARNING 04/14
ISSUED AT 07/0526Z APRIL 2004
BY THE AUSTRALIAN SPACE FORECAST CENTRE.

The earth is currently in the high speed solar wind stream
of a coronal hole. Glancing blows from two front side CMEs 
(not earthward directed though), observed on 05 and 06 April 
may also cause some strengthening in the solar wind stream
on 08 April. The geomagnetic acticity may, therefore, remain
enhanced on 08 April. Mostly unsettled to active periods are
expected with some possibility of minor storm periods on 
08 April.
