SUBJ: IPS GEOMAGNETIC DISTURBANCE WARNING 03/44
ISSUED AT 21/0006Z SEPTEMBER 2003
BY THE AUSTRALIAN SPACE FORECAST CENTRE.

INCREASED GEOMAGNETIC ACTIVITY EXPECTED
DUE TO CORONAL HOLE HIGH SPEED WIND STREAM
ON 21 SEPTEMBER 2003

Currently two coronal holes on the disk are in geo-effective
position. The effect of the first coronal seemed to have 
started to decline yesterday, but the second coronal hole 
seems to be strengthening it. Periods of minor strom may be
observed on 21 September.
