BY THE AUSTRALIAN SPACE FORECAST CENTRE.

INCREASED GEOMAGNETIC ACTIVITY EXPECTED
DUE TO CORONAL HOLE HIGH SPEED WIND STREAM
FROM 26-28 APRIL 2003

High speed solar wind stream, expected from a favourably
placed coronal hole, may raise the geomagnetic activity-
starting late on 26 April. Minor storm with possibility of 
isolated major storm periods may be observed during the next
three days. The geomagnetic activity is expected to show a 
gradual decrease thereafter.

26 Apr:  Mostly unsettled to active. Isolated minor storm periods possible. 
27 Apr:  Mostly active to minor storm. Isolated major storm periods possible. 
28 Apr:  Mostly active. Minor storm periods possible.
