ISSUED AT 07/0125Z OCTOBER 2002
BY THE AUSTRALIAN SPACE FORECAST CENTRE.

INCREASED GEOMAGNETIC ACTIVITY EXPECTED
FROM 08-09 OCTOBER 2002

There is the chance of a glancing blow from recent flare/CME
activity from region 139 which may combine with a high
speed coronal hole solar wind stream to produce minor storm
periods for 8-9 October.
