2A. MAGNETIC SUMMARY
Geomagnetic field for Australian Region 02 Nov: Quiet
Estimated Indices 02 Nov : A K
Australian Region 4 12221011
Darwin 3 21111111
Townsville 6 22221122
Learmonth 3 12210002
Camden 3 11121011
Canberra 2 11120001
Hobart 2 11120001
Casey(Ant) 7 -3321111
Observed Regional daily pc3 Indices 02 Nov :
Darwin 0 (Quiet)
Townsville 0 (Quiet)
Learmonth 0 (Quiet)
Camden 15 (Quiet)
Canberra 0 (Quiet)
Hobart 0 (Quiet)
Pc3 pulsations are high frequency (10-45 second period) variations
of the Earths magnetic field. Daily pc3-indices are the daily sum
of 20 minute pc3-indices for that station and have been shown to be
well correlated with rejection of high resolution aeromagnetic
survey flight-line data.
NOTE: Indices may have been generated from data obtained in
cooperation with the following organisations: Geoscience Australia,
University of Newcastle Space Physics Group, Australian Government
Antarctic Division and Space Environment Research Center, Japan.
Estimated AFr/Ap Indices 02 Nov : A
Fredericksburg 3
Planetary 5
Observed AFr/Ap Indices 01 Nov : A K
Fredericksburg 4
Planetary 3 2021 0001
2B. MAGNETIC FORECAST

COMMENT: Degraded HF propagation conditions have been observed
at all latitidues over the last 24 hours and are expected to
continue for the next 3 days.

05 Nov -10 Near predicted monthly values to 15% depressed.
COMMENT: IPS HF Communications Warning 26 was issued on 1 November
and is current for interval 2-4 November. Depressions in Maximum
Usable Frequencies (MUFs) have been observed across all Australasian
regions. Depressions are expected to continue for the next 3
days.
