COMMENT: Solar activity over the last 24 hours was very low, 
with only minor B-class events from new region 865. Solar wind 
velocity is steady at 400km/s and Bz, the north-south component 
of the interplanetary magnetic field, fluctuated between +/-5nT 
over the UT day. Chance of possible C-class events from region 
865.
