Pc3 pulsations are high frequency (10-45 second period) variations
of the Earths magnetic field. Daily pc3 indices are the daily sum
of 20 minute pc3 indices for that station.

COMMENT: Activity was at active to minor storm levels during
the middle of the UT day, and otherwise quiet to unsettled, due
to recurrent coronal hole activity. Active levels may continue
to be observed 15 Oct as activity declines to quiet to unsettled
conditions thereafter.
