      Near predicted monthly values over the UT day.

COMMENT: Ionospheric propagation conditions were enhanced up 
to 15-25% for extended intervals during 9-Oct at most Australia 
region stations. Conditions are expected to be near monthly predicted 
values to enhanced throughout the region today.
