      Depressed by 45% during local night.
      Depressed by 20% after local dawn.
   Southern Australian and New Zealand Region:
      Depressed by 30% during local day.

   Antarctic Region (Casey/Scott Base/Davis/Mawson):
      Near predicted monthly values over the UT day.

COMMENT: IPS HF Communications Warning 35 was issued on 23 July 
and is current for 24-26 Jul. MUFs were depressed throughout 
the entire Australasian region for most of the day, more pronounced 
at low latitudes. Nighttime enhancements were observed in Perth. 
Depressed MUFs are likely for the next 3 days.
