      UT at Townsville.
   Southern Australian and New Zealand Region:
     Mostly near predicted monthly values to 20% enhanced. Enhanced
     to 35% after local dawn.
   Antarctic Region (Casey/Scott Base/Davis/Mawson):
      Mostly near predicted monthly values.

PCA Event : No event.
