SEVERE GEOMAGNETIC STORM IN PROGRESS. AURORA MAY BE OBSERVED
DURING LOCAL NIGHT TIME HOURS IN GOOD OBSERVING CONDITIONS
AT REGIONS AS FAR EQUATORWARD AS MIDDLE LATITUDES.
