FROM THE AUSTRALIAN SPACE WEATHER FORECASTING CENTRE

A component of a coronal mass ejection has been modelled to reach the
Earth on 31-Dec, possibly resulting in geomagnetic storm activity and
visible auroras during local nighttime hours only for the southern
Australian region.
