ISSUED AT 0101 UT ON 08 Feb 2022 by Space Weather Services
FROM THE AUSTRALIAN SPACE FORECAST CENTRE

A coronal mass ejection is expected to impact the Earth during the
second half of 9-Feb UT, possibly resulting in significant geomagnetic
activity and visible auroras during local nighttime hours on 9-10 Feb
UT. Aurora alerts will follow if significant geomagnetic activity
actually occurs.
