FROM THE AUSTRALIAN SPACE FORECAST CENTRE

Effects of a coronal hole are expected to impact the Earth within the
next 12 hours, possibly resulting in visible auroras during local
nighttime hours in Tasmania, though the waxing gibbous moon phase
(61%) may diminish viewing. Aurora alerts will follow if significant
geomagnetic activity actually occurs.
