ISSUED AT 0009 UT ON 07 Dec 2014 BY IPS RADIO AND SPACE SERVICES
FROM THE AUSTRALIAN SPACE FORECAST CENTRE

Following recent moderate solar flare activity mild shocks may impact
on an already enhanced solar wind stream, resulting in elevated
geomagnetic activity. Aurora sightings may be possible local nighttime
hours at extreme southern Australian locations over the next three
days. Aurora alerts will follow should favourable space weather
activity eventuate.
