SUBJ: IPS AURORA WATCH
ISSUED AT 0112 UT ON 30 Oct 2013 BY IPS RADIO AND SPACE SERVICES
FROM THE AUSTRALIAN SPACE FORECAST CENTRE

A Coronal Mass Ejection is expected to impact the Earth late in the UT
day of 30 October and into 31 October. Although only moderately
elevated levels of geomagnetic activity are expected, Aurora may be
visible during local nighttime hours from southern Australian regions
depending on the CME arrival time and duration of its impact. Aurora
alerts will follow should favourable space weather activity
eventuate.
