Final call for the 7th LOIS workshop, Växjö, Sweden, June 16-18, 2008.

Dear colleague,
Herewith we invite you to the seventh LOIS workshop, focusing on new
information-rich radio methods for studying space and Earth, to be held
in Växjö, June 16-18, 2008.
This workshop will be of an informal, tutorial character with ample time
for discussions. At the same time it will be a preparation for a more
formal workshop in Uppsala in the autumn of 2008. The exact topics and
dates to be decided at the June 16=18 workshop.
Växjö (without umlauts: Vaxjo) is located in southern Sweden and is
serviced by several flights from Copenhagen (200 km distant) and
Stockholm (500 km distant) per day and also by train from the Copenhagen
Airport (travel time 2 hours).
We solicit contributions in the area of new radio and optical methods,
based on photon orbital angular momentum and related techniques, for
applicaitons to astrophysics and space physics, including observations
of the Earth and its space envrionment.
Alloted time for an invited/tutorial talk: 45 minutes (including
discussions). For an ordinary paper: 30 minutes (including discussions).
