To Members of the Australian Space Science community:

Warm Greetings from a cold place (i.e., winter in Japan).

I attach a letter that was written to Prof. Yumoto by
Dr Hans Haubold, who heads the "United Nations Office
for Outer Space Affairs" in Vienna. Simply put,
Dr Haubold requested Prof Yumoto to publish a newsletter
for ISWI.

The newsletter has been going out. If you would like
to receive it, please note the following:
============================================================================
To subscribe, send a blank message to ISWInewsletter-on at mail-list.com
To unsubscribe, send a blank message to ISWInewsletter-off at mail-list.com
To change your email address, send a message to
ISWInewsletter-change at mail-list.com
    with your old address in the Subject: line
============================================================================

I thank Drs. Phil Wilkinson and Richard Marshall (both with
IPS Radio and Space Services) for giving me this opportunity
to communicate directly to you.

As Editor of the ISWI Newsletter I am keen to send out
ISWI-related news and info from diverse sources.
If you would like something circulated, please contact me.
I prefer that your item is packaged as one pdf.
And I prefer that at least one photo is included because
text-only is too bland for most readers (over 300
ISWI participants all over the world).

Cordially yours,
George Maeda
SERC (staff member), Editor of ISWI Newsletter
